Lesson time
Today I want to share an exercise - the "Inverted row" I do with a lot of personal training clients.
It trains the muscles that retract the shoulderblades and teaches awareness of the shoulder girdle. You also have to activate your core and squeeze your buttocks to keep your hips extended.
All these nice things I just mentioned are perfect for someone that's sitting a lot, because doing this exercise regularly will help with foreward runded shoulders, foreward tilting of the pelvis and glute muscles that are weak and "deactivated".

Try it out and let me know how it went!
As always: Keep calm and work out
