3 sets, 8 reps
Get as low as your hips allow!
Olympic Bar Bent Over Row
Dumbbell Chest Press
As always use a weight that allows you to maintain proper form while hitting the repetitions. This exercise routine can be used every other day, or as you see fit for your own personal fitness plan.
