I wanted to bring a "short", but intense leg work out routine I did yesterday with my students.
3 sets, 10 reps
If you don't have a ladder, use your imagination :)
STRAIGHT LEG RUSSIAN DEAD LIFT
3 sets, 10 reps
You can use a kettlebell, or dumbell.
HEX SQUATS
3 sets, 8 reps
Make sure to keep your back straight and heels on the floor.
BULGARIAN LUNGES
3 sets, 10 reps
90 DEG HOPS
One full rotation, 10 times
As always, pay close attention to your form and adjust the weight to match your personal fitness level!
