So it just over the halfway point of my 6-week head Fitness challenge and it's Monday morning at 9 a.m. and I'm ready for the week.
Admittedly over the weekend I wasn't that good with my nutrition as I babysat on Friday evening and I got everyone at Pizza which I obviously had some of.
I did stick to my food over the weekend although I must admit it was a lovely summer day and I did have an ice cream which is also not on my eating plan.
I don't know whether I have sabotaged myself but I'm pretty sure with more dedication I can make it to the end of my challenge and still win it.
