They are fantastic to get familiar with gym equipment and get better at performing exercises.
As a personal trainer I can’t stress enough how important it is to prioritize the right posture during your workout rather then amount of lifted weights at the gym!
Master your exercises on lighter weights and than increase the weights.
2 apps bellow👇 are free to download and they are great for beginners because they include videos which are showing how to use gym equipment, perform exercises and design your first workout.
It’s useful, free and you can have it with you at the gym floor to log your workouts.
