It's Monday again, and it's time for another fitness accountability post.
The numbers are soo much better than last week's but still needs improvement. I'm proud that I actually got to work out everyday of the week this past week. So yay!
I'm still doing 's squat and pushup challenges. Yesterday, I got up to 14 pushups in one set. 🙌 Goal is 15 at the end of this week! Hopefully. 🙏
