A bit late, but here's my end-of-week fitness accountability post. Having missed 4 days of workout in the beginning of last week resulted in not-so-impressive numbers.. but oh well. What's more important is today and the days ahead.
Weight is at a standstill.. and may have even gained a few ounces so I'll update that later when there's a significant weightloss to report.
My sleeping has also improved quite a bit this week compared to previous weeks. I even exceeded my goal of 6.5 hrs average per night. Wohoo! Hoping to increase it to the recommended 8 hrs per night though.
So I took a day off from exercise this past Sunday, but went right back to the gym yesterday to continue with 's #50squatchallenge and #50pushupchallenge. Yesterday (6/11/18) was Day 5 for me.
It was a pretty GOOD workout. It made me feel quite accomplished to start my week off right. The rest of the week looks promising now. :D
