The challenge is to see who can do the most pullups in 380 seconds, but I did a 3 minute test this morning.
I actually fucked it up, I knew it was a 6 minute +20 sec challenge but I just forgot that when I started and did a similar 3 minute challenge that I was doing with some BJJ guys I was a strength coach for last year. Old habits die hard.

Sorry about the video being rotated sideways, when I rotated it so it was the right way up it cut the top 1/4 off the vid and you couldn't see if I was clearing the bar.
I'll have another crack at it later when the lactate levels have dropped off a bit.
