Here's a new Chinup/Pullup challenge for Dtube fitness
I shot a vid of part of a fairly typical training session for myself doing pullups/chinups, I'd done 12 unweighted pullups & 8 reps with an extra 16kg as a warmup first that I didn't get on video. I was also doing HSPU's in between sets. I was feeling OK so I thought I'd have a crack at a one arm chinup (probably not wise) but I did get my chin over the bar for one very ugly rep.
This is a strength challenge, so I don't really care how many reps you can do, just do one good rep of either a pullup or chinup with added weight. I always do few lighter sets first to warm up and switch on the CNS before any big effort, but feel free to do it any way that suits you.
So post your bodyweight and a vid of yourself doing a pullup or chinup with added weight. Whoever can do one with the highest percentage of their own bodyweight added wins.

If the winner can beat my 60kg (I can actually do one with over 70kg) I'll make the 1st prize 5 SBD
