A workout program is great. Be it resistant, weights, cardio, endless limbo of stairs @.@ diet is equally important or perhaps more so. I went vegan for four months and I'm trying to find a balanced meal plan. Sometimes I just feel very fatigued and dizzy after a very busy day. Though I hardly have the stamina I'm pleased my numbers are improving. Once I find a balance and have decent energy I hope to do cardio and weight training. Heh maybe watch anime while cardio ~
