Hi! My name is Jodel and I am really into fitness and nutrition. I am starting a once a day challenge that will be posted around this time everyday and it will be for the following day. The exercise will take only a few minutes each day and the nutritional challenge is something to be mindful about during the day. I promise that if you follow these posts you will be much healthier and happier!

Fitness Challenge
Complete 2 minutes of wall squats. Break into 5 second bursts if you have to but do a total of 2 minutes.
Nutrition Challenge
Eat 2 servings of greens.
Steam brocolette. Spray olive oil with a misto, add salt, pepper and garlic for flavor.
Steam for 5 minutes, then eat 2 cups total.
