Today I bring you an easy & effective way of burning calories at home which will help you to get fit & increase your ability to focus. This will in turn assist you to achieve all your life goals.
If you do not go to the gym or if you do not have any equipments like dumbbells or weights at home then this workout regime is perfect for you.
Calorie burning at home workout plan:
Burpees
(3 sets of 15 repetitions) Or try to fit in as many as possible within a set time period.
This is a bodyweight fat burning exercise which also helps to build muscles. This particular exercise is highly beneficial as it works most of your body parts (arms, back, chest, core, glutes and legs) This form of exercise will help you to shed off those extra pounds very rapidly.
Crunches
(3 sets of 15 repetitions) Or try to fit in as many as possible within a set time period.
Crunches activate your rectus abdominis & external obliques better than any other common core exercise. Crunches work your abdominal muscles & strengthens your core.
(Kindly maintain the right form while doin this exercise)
A variation or an advanced form of the classic crunches is the bicycle crunches.
Plank
(3 sets of 1 minute each) Or try holding the plank position as much as possible in each set.
The plank (or abdominal bridge) is an isometric core strengthening exercise that requires maintaining a position/form which is similar to a push-up for the maximum amount of time.
As per my personal experience this is the best exercise to strengthen your core and abs, it also helps to lose your belly/abdominal fat quickly.
A variation or an advanced form of the classic crunches is the side plank.
Push-up
(3 sets of 15 repetitions) Or try to fit in as many as possible within a set time period.
Yes my dear friend, the classic push up is an evergreen exercise which helps in increasing strength as it works your chest, biceps, core muscles, triceps, anterior deltoids & activates your lower body muscles to provide support, enhances your cardiovascular system, muscle definition, produces human growth hormone (HGH) & improves your posture.
Jumping Jacks
(3 sets of 1 minute each) Or try doin as many jumps you can within the 3 - 5 minutes range.
This is another cardiovascular & calisthenics exercise which works your arms & legs. Doing this exercise will improve your stamina & body coordination, endurance, and will increase your metabolic rate.
