This time of year, there are tons of parties, get togethers, meet ups etc that include lots of yummy food and delicious beverages. Everything tends to be super high calorie! So this year, instead of continuing a lifting program that has hardly any cardio involved, I've decided to put that on hold until January.
My next 2 weeks are going to include only metabolic conditioning/HIIT (so I can keep some lifting in..because I will miss the iron if I completely leave it out).
Workouts start tomorrow!!!!
