Although it's awkward to perform these types of workout at the gym, these types of workouts are really good for your glutes.
There are tons of glute workout that you can perform like, squats, deadlifts and lunges but I think the hip thrust is best workout if you're just targeting your glutes.
First set (which is the last photo) I did a total of 45 pounds barbell, 6 repetition and 10 sets. Second set, 25 pounds, 10 repetition and 3 sets.
Although, I think I could have done better but I have to be honest and listen to my body. While my shoulders are still sore from yesterday's workout, doing glutes is a bit easier than deadlifts or squats with weights since it needs a lot of upper body strength for lifting.
Then I did bodyweight workout, the first photo, donkey kicks and the second photo which I forgot what it's called. I only tried it today after watching some random workout online. Do you know what it's called?
Anyways, I can say I had good workout and now it's time to make my dinner.
