Exercise session five
Trying to keep hope alive
Pressing hard through the pain
Trainer says no pain no gain
Upper body strength is needed
Pump the iron and then leave it
Arms so weak, about to drop
Twelve rotations all on top
Muscle memory must kick in
So glad no calls to next of kin
Curl the knees, push out and kick
Good job, good bye till session six
