Big guns are a thing of beauty for men. Even a half inch gained onto your arms will make you look bigger.
I met a guy at a and he had some of the biggest arms I’ve ever seen. I swear to god, that guy’s arms were the same size as his thighs. One day, I asked him, “Hey, how did you get such big arms?”
He told me that ever since he started training, he’d train his arms 4 times per week. That was the simple formula to those huge guns. I know there was more to it than just high frequency.
But many of you might think that 4 times a week is too much. Don't worry just add 3 exercise at the end of your workout. Keep 2 days for biceps and two days triceps.
Get a pump with higher reps on isolation exercises and go heavy on compound movements like rows, chin-ups and so on.
