Fitness is back? Let's get it then! I'm back at it man. I'm not weighing in great right now, but already after two weeks, I'm feeling better mentally. I'm going to stick it out and update at least bi-weekly on my physical, but more importantly mental gains that come along. Here's the before pic!! I can't wait until the after pics get shared!
