WELL... it's been a rough start, but I think I'm finally figuring out how to balance work and my physical fitness schedule, and think you to Britany Spencer for keeping me honest and calling me out on missing days lol π... for real though we all motivate, and inspire each other! And I'm grateful π

-It has helped me regain structure with my morning (a.m. cardio).
-It has made going to bed at night much easier lol.

...and it was so bad I was out for almost a year and couldn't max out any push without it getting tweaked again. And not like my uncle randyπ³ from the sticks tweaked either...It was I can't lift the cereal to the fridge tweaked π¬π¬π¬
Physical Gainzzzzz: πͺπββοΈπͺ
-βΌοΈ I'm up 7 pounds in two weeks so I'm sitting at 190.8. I can't wait to be a healthy 225 doing flag poles and muscle ups! I love all my brothers and sisters who inspire me with their fitness milestonesβΌοΈ
-Everyday lifting and moving is easier,
- I have more energy
- feel more confident in my body
- I think I look healthier
- I did a joint-building routine so I have no joint pain.
And not only has Abby Carr come back to work, but she's also been working out consistently for 2 weeks...and dealing with living and working with me lol.
