Thanks for the post! My wife and I started keto about a month and a half ago and we've lost a collective 10 pounds! She was a huge skeptic, but now she's all in.
I think something you should let people know is that the beginning is rough due to keto flu, but also sugar withdrawal. When we began, we didn't realize how impatient and irritated we were with each other until we stopped and questioned why.
Those two points were really rough on us, but now that we're over the sugar addiction and know how to prevent keto flu, we feel so much more amazing than we ever have before.
