Let's just say when it comes to any exercise I need some serious motivation - as soon as I get just a tiny bit bored my head will find something else to do. Usually, the 'something' else involves a lot of chatting (something I am pretty good at) or just being generally naughty in some way! But Phil is amazing at keeping me on course and working hard :)
Phil has joined Steemit to give daily health and fitness advice in a friendly light-hearted blog and I am sure most of us could use the help!
Over the past 7 years, I've done some pretty amazing things with Phil's help - including running 3 Men's Health Survival events. These completely awful events involve a 13km run and around 25 obstacles along the way! Most of which are extremely muddy and anyone that knows me well, knows I don't really do mud!

Without Phil's watchful eye I would be the size of a bus by now with the amount of food I eat! But instead, I can actually run...... a fairly long way!
