Day 2:
Me actually playing back in 2016 taken by my dad
Today I played touch Rugby at the local Primary school. We normally play on Astro turf so the games are extremely fast. And you become really tired quickly.
We played for one and a half hours and it was a very good workout. I would classify this as cardiovascular. I would normally do more weight training but as it is early in my cycle I only did 100 reps of chest to ground push ups combined with tricept extensions.
The Workout was 5 sets of 10 push push ups and 5 sets of 10 tri cept curls with 16kg Kettlebell
