Plus an update on my training for Matt's 100 rep challenge
I really have no idea if anything is working here as there's been nothing in my feed for 2 days, I checked the link that that took me twitter yesterday and infected this browser with twitter cookies and LSO's (thanks for that you pricks, you could have mentioned it was a link to twitter) and there was fuck all there that explained anything.
I've done the last few days reps - Sept 2 & 3
6 x 12 pushups and 6 x 12 squats on both days.
144 reps each day, 288 total
