The first round of transfer of SBD have been kicked off for the Flag-A-Whale tank ranks. Finally!
I know it's about damn time. Let's just say we have been busy with concurrent moderation projects. As for this payout, we cut a few inactive accounts from the payout list in order to be able to reward more active plankton and minnows that did not meet the $0.001 SBD threshold.
Additionally, the payout model has been modified per the guidance of 
We imagine once we ramp up operations that we will get flak but that's ok. When one of our accounts gets wasted, we just create another.... and another... and another. I'm sure you get the drift.
