I'm not sure how things are throughout the rest of the US but for what I can see within my small corner of the world, flea markets are becoming scarce. 2020 was not good for many aspects of small businesses and markets. With having no one out visiting or able to be open to the public. Many markets simply couldn't remain open. We've had at least two markets fold as pressure from land developers more than likely offered them enough money to close up so that the land can be used for more apartment and/or condos. Just my own personal observation is that more and more competition against small businesses are finding it easier to move in and disrupt these markets.
How has this effected your own markets in your area?
