Follow me if you will, we’re on our way to the float tank…………….
It’s warm in here and the lights are dim, my tank is waiting for me. The sensory deprivation tank consists of salt water to keep you buoyant at body temperature.
Put in your ear plugs take a nice warm shower and drop yourself into this silky water, close the lid and turn off the light and you are on your way.
Let me tell you this, thirty four years went by without a float, and I still remember how to float, the time and space that happened in between just disappeared, like the tank was the bridge, and everything rushed to the forefront of the present and I was walking out the front door with an experience of joy and relaxation. The float was a total success and a great weekend to look forward to.
This is how you become a Whale in a Minnow world. Float in the vast oceans of limitlessness, sing songs that are heard on the other side of the planet, and bask in the sunlight that filters down from the surface. Take a vacation away from yourself, and you will be surprised who walks out the door.
