They said last night they were putting out piles of sand and bags for folks to use and gave a list of locations. Well, we went for our after dinner walk and went up the street. This is what we saw........
Come and make sand bags! Nice. I can not say enough how well organized they are here! In Syracuse, where I'm from, no one can get their act together for anything.
