My 2nd Entry to
´s Flower Power Contest - Day 2 (Tuesday)
The tulips I plant in my garden always vary each season. Sometimes, it is all pink and sometimes mixed bulbs of different colors. The pack of these ones here was erroneously labelled and got it without knowing it is a combination of red and yellow. At any rate, they came out beautifully with those vivid red and yellow colors.
This variety of tulip is called Crispa where its edges are ragged or fringed. I think they are a favorite color combination of the gardeners since I am seeing them in the lawns of public gardens and plazas. It´s tulips time and more and more of them are already in the public places as well as private gardens.
