Adenium or Cambodia Japan (the name of japanese frangipani is actually misleading because it can be identified with frangipani, which is found in many cemetery areas, while the Japanese word is as if this flower comes from Japan, whereas Adenium comes from West Asia and Africa) dry desert areas, from mainland West Asia to Africa.
The name there is the Desert Rose (desert rose). Because it comes from dry areas, this plant grows better in dry media conditions than it is too wet. Referred to as adenium because one of the places of origin adenium is the region Aden (Yemeni capital).
