Moo..? Moose..? Moose Meat!
Scrolling through her blog history, I found her Corned Moose pictures that she cooked for St. Patrick's Day, followed by corned moose hash and I had to drag my husband over to look. His eyes sparkled with memories of living in Alaska. He was an Airman stationed at Eielson AFB and he's got some great moose stories too.

I'm back after a long hiatus and it's difficult finding quality new or new-to-me people to follow. I've always depended on good comments and interaction because it's a great indicator of their personality and writing style too.
