Again I am here to show you a delicious light, delicious and nutritious dessert based on passion fruit or passion fruit. In Venezuela we say "parchita".
Parchita is a delicious sweet and sour fruit, rich in fiber and vitamins, it is used in combination in many typical dishes, juices, desserts ... its delicious flavor falls in love, for that reason it is called the passion fruit.
INGREDIENTS:
100 ml Parchita juice (1/2 cup or 5 parchitas)
500 grams of cream cheese
5oo grams of milk
10 grams of unflavored gelatin
200 grams of chocolate cookies.
200 grams of butter
To decorate we need: 6 tablespoons of parchita pulp
4 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin.
STEPS FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT
1.- Crush and press the cookies, mix with the butter, previously diluted in the microwave. Then this preparation is placed in a removable mold lined with butter paper. It is taken to the refrigerator to reserve.
2.-cut the patches in two and remove all the pulp, separate 6 tablespoons to decorate then the rest to extract only the juice. The unflavored gelatin is hydrated and then dissolved for 10 seconds in the microwave. Leaving this gelatin 4 spoons to decorate. Reserve.
3.-In a bowl beat the cream to medium point, then add the cream cheese, condensed milk and the juice of parchita, mix and then incorporate the unflavored gelatin, mix well and then empty the mold. Take to the refrigerator for 30 seconds.
4.- In this order, 4 spoonfuls of gelatin without reserved flavor are added to the reserved parchita pulp. Then the mold is removed from the refrigerator and this preparation is emptied over the entire surface of the cheesecake. It is brought back to the refrigerator until the next day.
