Hello friends!
Today we are going to make some pie that is a little bit different .
For starters the pie will be without sugar and second the taste or importance of the pie will be linked with the type of cheese that we are going to use.
Now the cheese is cow cheese and it is salty, VERY salty....so to reach the desired taste I put it in the water and taste it ..if it is not the desired taste I put it again in the water and then taste it again until it will be the taste that I require.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of pie sheets
- 1 kg of cow cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of oil for paper and tray
First we make the mixture by mixing the eggs with the cow cheese.
Then we prepare the pie sheets and we start to make 3 layers with the mixture .
We put the mixture and then cut or brake a pie sheet into big pieces to cover thus the first layer is done.
On top we put again the mixture and we repeat the process 3 times.
Here of course you use little bit of oil to cover the tray if you don't want the pie sheet to stick.
We can add more cheese in a form of snow flakes on top to further increase the taste.
On the last layer (3rd one) we add again some mixture and put it in the oven for approx 20 minutes on medium fire.
Ok now let us see our product!
Slowly but surly I approach the unsuspecting pie !

It seems that the pie was savagely attacked ...but something remains!
Finally I can now present you the...PIE!
Important notes:
Now this type of pie is good as the cheese is good so you must chose the right cheese.
You cannot chose a very salty cheese and you cannot use a cheese without salt.
You must find the right balance to it and the pie will be fantastic.
