Look at that amazing pizza!
Passing by Repulse Bay, I had to get my dose of Artisan Pizza at Amalfatina. Drawing inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, Italian born Chef Michel Degli Agosti brings a unique taste to Hong Kong.
Ordered the Sasiccia E Porcini, which is tomatoes, mozzarella, sausage, porcini, and mushroom.
Sitting alongside the beach, staring into the wide expansive ocean with the warm sun beating down (Autumn has yet to arrive Hong Kong!) seemed to magnify the sensations. I savored the wonderful textures and flavors of the pizza.
In a word: heaven!
