Just had a conversation about this on Monday. I was trying to explain to someone why I didn't regret donating unsold produce to the homeless despite the fact that I had gotten in trouble repeatedly for doing it. Just because it's a law doesn't mean it's just, some of the most interesting people I've met to date are simply people that have fallen on hard times. Great post!
