As a frequent diner at the Bamboo Hale, which is the Hilo Community College fine dining facility for the culinary students to practice their fine dining cooking and service skills ... today's fine dining lunch course is FRANCE!

The rest of the European menu:
So not surprisingly, I did order the Leg of Lamb as my entree (plat principal).
As for the other courses, I stuck with the France menu track.
The Amuse Bouche:
The Shrimp Bisque Soup Course:
The Salad Nicoise Course:
The Leg of Lamb Course:
The Red Wine Poached Pear Dessert Course:
All in all, great lunch course.
