METHOD-
Soak all the dried mushroom overnight. next morning wash them several times. slice mushroom thinly. take a microwave- proof bowl, and chicken juliennes and 2 and half cups of water. boil in microwave for 5 minutes. remove chicken and keep it aside. take another bowl add all the sliced mushrooms and bokchoy. add both soy sauces, seasoning and stir well. add chicken to this. ,mix well. add sesame oil. microwave for 3 minutes. top it up with chopped coriander. serve hot..
