INGREDIENTES:
*4 Large ripe tomatoes
*2 Red peppers
*2 large onions
*3 cloves of garlic
*8 Anchovy fillets
*12 Black olives
*2 tablespoons capers
*2 tablespoons olive oil
*1/2 cup water
*10 Fresh basil leaves
*salt and freshly ground black pepper
PREPARACIÓN:
1.Pass the tomatoes through boiling water and once the tomato peel is open, remove it from the water, chop it into cubes and set aside.
2.Place the oil in a frying pan, sauté the onion, red pepper and garlic crushed for 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes and half a cup of water and cook for 10 minutes.
3.Then add the anchovies, olives, and capers, mix everything well and cook for a few more seconds and finally add the parsley and basil fresh and ready, enjoy your meal....
