😋🍝 Hi Guys, Happy Monday! A quick post today to share my healthy take on the traditional Pasta Dinner by making my Tomato sauce with lean ground chicken and adding a grated carrot to the sauce which not only makes it healthier but also lessens the tomato tartness and naturally sweetens it up! as im trying to eat healthier this year I also fried the Ground Chicken in Olive Oil! Mmmmmm, your family will love it as much as mine did!

METHOD:
💁 Just prepare your favorite sauce as usual ( I used seasoned diced tomatoes & Ragu Sauce) only use Lean Ground Chicken instead and add one grated carrot which once cooked in, no one can even tell its there and tastes delicious! try it!! you can also add anything else once fried like peppers, mushrooms, onions etc.
💁 NOTE Catelli Smart Pasta or Whole Wheat Pasta would be an excellent choice If You have some , I was Out.
