Today again I'm going to share a recipe called sabudana vada/ sago vada / sabudana tikki/ sabudana cutlets. Sabudana vada is a deep fried appetizer, it is perfect to serve for Indian fast days or vart . I really like it and my dadi ( grandmother-in-law) make sabudana vada so delicious. Here is a glimpse of these tasty vada cooked by my dadi :

Sabudana vada is a crunchy , tasty and spongy vada which will fill your stomach easily , but you will certainly crave for more and more with some spicy green chutney.
ingredients:
1 cup sabudana / sago
3-4 potato (boiled & mashed)
1/2 cup Peanuts ( toasted & crushed) or 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin
2 chilly (finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
1 tsp salt or according to taste
1 tsp lamon juice
1 tsp black paper
Oil for frying
method:
) Firstly in a large bowl take 1 cup sabudana , soak it with enough water for 3 hours.
) drain of the water and rest for 30 minutes, allowing to drain off the water completely.
) now take the soaked sabudana in a large bowl.
) add mashed potatoes and peanus or bread crumbs.
) Additionally add salt, cumin, black paper, ginger paste, green chili, coariandar.
) Mix and mash well with your hand.
) now prepare the vada and fry it with hot oil.
) Delicious Sabudana vada is ready . Now Serve sabudana vada hot along with green chutney and enjoy it:-)
Sabudana vada can be enjoyed as a brunch or an evening snack as well.
