I like to eat Ampalaya or Bitter Gourd because I know it has lots of benefits to our body and besides it is very easy to prepare. On top of that, this recipe does not require a lot of ingredients or in other words very affordable.
Eating Bitter gourd or Ampalaya is very beneficial to our body for it is packed with several important nutrients that do good to our body. It contains a variety of vitamins and minerals. It is rich in a number of antioxidants too. There are still a lot of benefits we can get from Bitter Gourd. It helps fight inflammation and also lowers the blood sugar levels in people with diabetes among others.
