Meet my current breakfast obsession: spicy tuna open faced sandwich. That’s how we roll on Norway. We never but two pieces of bread on top of each other.
Toast rye bread
Mix canned tuna with mayo, salt and pepper
Spread pesto on the bread
Put the tuna spread on top
Sprinkle with jalapeños
Decorate with sprouts, avocado and cucumber
You’re basically going to crave this food again and again.
It’s spicy, filling and healthy!
And of course, I always start the day with a fruit. Today’s choice was passion fruit! 😍
