Well, after many trial and errors, i came across this amazing recipe for tandori chiken. Its easy to prepare and oh yeah! Tastes delicious..
Ingredients:
2 whole chicken cut into pieces
4 tbspn tandori masala ( got mine from an indian store)
Half a cup of yogurt
1 tbspn ginger & garlic paste
2 green chillies
Salt
Pinch of orange food color
4 tbspn oil
Mix all the above ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours. Bake on a preheated oven for about 40 mins. Enjoy..
