These turned out to be a delight.. crispy on the outside and tender inside filled with cream cheese.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbspn powder milk
1 tbspn yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tspn baking powder
2 tbspn yogurt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
Other ingredients
Cream cheese
Condensed milk
Milk
Vermicelli
Mix all the above ingredients and knead to a very soft dough. Let it rise for half an hour then cut small pieces of dough and keep a piece of cream cheese in the middle and form a ball. You should approximately have 30 cheese balls.
Next take each ball and dip in a bowl of milk then roll in the vermicelli (break the vermicelli into tiny pieces)
Then fry on low heat until golden brown.
Add condensed milk on top.
