Hi Steemians: Today I featured COCONUT TREE for my entry . COCONUT TREE is the most amazing tree on earth because it produces morw food with less effort than any other plant.
We call our coconut trees our MVP( most valuable plant). When dried, the coconut flesh called copra, the oil and milk from it are commonly used in cooking, frying, as well as in soaps and cosmetics. The husk and leaves can be used ad material of products for furnishing and decorating. Whether you eat the meat or drink the water or juice its delicious and nutritious and a good source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Its ton of calcium, potassium and magnessium.
