Hi Steemian; This is my entry in food and drinks photography whiteiswhite contest.
As human being, we really need food and drinks in our life because it help us to survive. We should know how to balance the food that we eat everyday because too much is also not good to our body especially sweet and salty food. Excess sweets in our body or higher intake of softdrinks are factors why some people suffer diabetes. Excess salty food is not good because it can damage our kidneys. So it's better we should start practice wellness in our home. About the drinks, water is really the best of all drinks because it can help eliminate toxins from our body but sad to say I can't consume 1 glass of water each meal that's my problem in life.
What good in me? I really liked eating fruits after meal eventhough I knew it is much better to eat fruits before meal to lessen the cravings of carbohydrates. Here are some photos belowhope to see your vote steemit community.
