150 g de fariña de alforfón
250 ml de Leite
2 ovos.
Un chisco de sal.
Bater e mesturar ben os ingredientes todos. Deixar repousar 1 hora.
Engrasa a tixola con unhas pingueiras de oleo de oliva, deixa quecer ben e procura que as tortas sexan finas, votando a mestura dende o centro cara ó exterior.
150 g Buckwheat flour
250 ml Milk
2 eggs.
A little of salt.
