What an appetizing post! I can remember the first time I had Cury Powder... I was in Germany and went to a restaurant and ordered Cheese Fries. They brought the plate out with some ketchup. Nothing unusual about that, but when I took a bite, the flavor was INSANE!! I asked what was in the ketchup, to make it taste so good. I was told... yep... Cury Powder!

You have a wonderful post here, but I would have liked to have seen a story behind it... what inspired you to make this dish? Was the recipe one from a family member or friend? Or did you just find it online somewhere? Also... would love to know what kind of device took these wonderful photos!
