Braai-Style Jalapeno Poppers - A BraaiBoy TV Recipe

I was chatting to a friend's dad the other day, and somehow the topic of jalapeno poppers came up. Now while I've been doing this delicious little braai snack for years, he was totally dumbfounded by the fact that they don't HAVE to be deep fried.

Forget deep fried... wrap in bacon and braai!

This braai recipe forgoes the traditional "crumbed and deep fried" style for "wrapped in bacon and grilled on the braai".

Wrapped in bacon and grilled until crispy. YUM!

P.S. I don't particularly like cream cheese, and opt for a mix of cheddar and mozzarella instead... but you can stuff it with whatever cheese you prefer.
