For those who have asked that photos radius were those who saw, around the Instagram of fluffy eggs and fat with a delicious air ..... I present to you the eggs Cloud or Cloud Eggs.
I know I have a special love for breakfast and spend my life browse recipes sites for new ideas. This was one of them, after seeing these huge photographs delicious "Puffy Eggs" had to try them.
It was enough to go CookingLight to see immediately a super simple video of how to make these eggs.
Promised a breakfast ready in less than 15 minutes, it seemed IDEAL.
I took me two eggs, separated the whites from the yolks and booked the first, putting the latter in the Thermomix to make clear in famous castle. In two minutes I had a ready wonderful texture.
It was enough to separate the light into two portions and make a small hole in the middle to fit the yolks.
Unfortunately the first gem opened but the second was perfect.
A bit of salt and pepper and into the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
According to the original recipe should have put the first clear for 5 minutes, then add the yolks and put in the oven for two minutes. But curiosity was such that I decided to put everything together.
The result was not at all the same as it was on the site, but was simply WONDERFULLLLL !!!
