Various foods and styles have been made on my food truck. Meals from gourmet to traditional items have been prepared depending on the venue. One of my favorite items to prepare is Belgian waffles. I have a professional, dual waffle maker that cooks fast and is easy to use.
Shown is a bacon filled, Ghiradelli chocolate Belgian waffle, topped with Apple smoked bacon. Mmmmm.
There are many different styles of waffles that i have prepared. Some of the examples are fruit covered with whipped cream or ghiradelli chocolate dessert waffles, savory deep fried chicken breast covered waffles or waffles covered with fresh smoked Brisket or other smoked meats.
