Foo Fighters
This is a followup from my preview post on this concert: Foo Fighters Concert Preview - Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, Australia. And the verdict was....... Frickin Awesome!
I have seen the Foo Fighters play on 2 previous occasions and this time was not quite as good as the last time but it was still a great stadium show.
At one stage Dave Grohl (lead singer) pulled a 20 year old kid from the crowd and let him play 'Monkey Wrench' on his guitar. It would have been the highlight of that kids career.
No more cigarette lighters at concerts anymore, it's phone camera lights now!
Weezer
Weezer was the support band and I wanted to see them just as much as the Foo Fighters and they didn't disappoint either!
It was a great night and great concert. Go and see them it you never have!
